This one day course is open to men & women, absolutely no previous experience is needed. This class is especially beneficial to anyone in the Garda Siochana, Door Staff, Paramedics, Security Personnel, Delivery Drivers, or anyone who wants to feel safe and confident. This course will focus on techniques to escape from, disarm and control a potential attacker. These techniques can be affectively applied by men or women. Size and strength is NOT required to be proficient in these techniques.
